Brianna Rhue completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Arizona. She received her doctorate in Optometry from Nova Southeastern University in 2009 and went on to complete her residency in Ocular Disease at The Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. She joined West Broward Eyecare in 2010 and became a partner in 2014. She specializes in myopia control and scleral lenses. She is currently the president of the Broward County Optometric Association. She has a three-year-old son named Dalton who motivated her to start myopia control, and who helped her understand the importance of kid’s eye health. She enjoys traveling with her husband Joshua, doing yoga and standing on her head. She has also launched an optometry tech company called Dr. Contact Lens which helps practices retain their patients and puts the eye health back into contact lenses.
