In response to COVID-19, we wanted to inform you that the health and safety of our Visionary Optics family is our top priority during these unprecedented times. Our team is closely monitoring reports from the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and additional government agencies to ensure that we are staying up to date on the evolving health and safety risks of COVID-19.
Flexible Warranties
As many practices may be facing closures, we wanted to reassure you that Visionary Optics is operating at full capacity with a preparedness to continue to serve our clients and offer flexibility with any warranty policy extensions needed during this time. Returns including cancellations & defective lenses will continue to be received. However, we will not be able to receive any lenses for modifications at this time.
Accepting Shipments
Our team is requesting that you have a plan in place in order to accept shipments. UPS will attempt delivery 3 times. Depending on the location, UPS will either return the package to Visionary Optics or hold the package for future delivery. It is recommended that when Companies close, they update UPS with their closed schedule. Please note that if UPS does return the package, Visionary Optics will be charged a return transportation fee for all returned shipments. For both your practice & our business, we are simply asking to work together to make every attempt to avoid return shipments.

You Can Count on Us
Our team is taking prudent and common-sense precautions to prevent the spread of the illness and we are strictly following, and in some cases surpassing, all CDC guidelines for facility cleanliness. We are prepared to continue serving our clients’ needs throughout the Coronavirus crisis. You will not experience any delays in order processing, product production or shipping turnaround time. If that changes, we will be sure to notify you immediately. Please note that UPS, our shipping carrier, might experience some delays that are outside of our control.
