Background
Scleral lens patients can have binocular misalignments that results in diplopia. Loss of fusion can be secondary to a longstanding tropia or result from acute or chronic decreased vison in one eye. Advancements in scleral lens design allows for the addition of prism to correct diplopia without the need for prismatic glasses worn in conjunction with scleral lens wear.
